Profibre has extensive experience and ability in styling and designing parts from concept to final design to meet customers’ requirements, specifications and expectations.

We operate two Pro Engineer 3D modelling packages and employ experienced designers who have vast experience in finding solutions to customer problems. One of our major strengths is in finding unique solutions using a variety of materials and processes to solve customer problems.

The 3D models can be used to produce CNC scale models or full scale parts using prototype tooling concepts for final review and evaluation before final production tooling is produced. Profibre conducts and implements full design Failure Mode Effect Analyses (FMEAs), process FMEAs and control plans to ensure that design and processing requirements meet with customers’ performance requirements.
